My cousin finally got his Sudoku puzzle book today. Yay! He’s been wanting to have one since last week. And now, I can finally watch him try and answer it! Haha.. Everyone seems enthusiastic about it, too.

That might not sound pretty exciting... But you see, my cousin is just 6 years old [:D] You might remember him from the “Jack and the Beanstalk” story from my previous blog. Now he’s just gotten all better, and smarter for that matter. He says he wants to be a zoologist someday. Haha. He even makes his own “books” and presentations on Microsoft Word, paint and Powerpoint now. And yes, he ultimately knows more animals than the average adult [:P] He could beat you in a game of smarts any day. And now he knows SUDOKU! Isn’t that cute?

Well, to make the long story short, he was really able to answer one page all by himself. Clearly, he understands the mechanics and logic of the puzzle well. I am dumbfounded... without a doubt.

[Later that Month]

Almost a week has gone by since my cousin amazed me with his SUDOKU feat. I had almost already forgotten about it. That is, until i saw his puzzle book lying around the living room. I grabbed it, wondering just how far he’s gone... Hurriedly, I shuffled through the pages expecting to see the wonders  my cousin has put into the humble pages of the book.

To my surprise, or rather, my disappointment... only one page had answers in it. And it was the same page i saw him answer about a week ago. The other pages... untouched.
